Ward 5 Neighborhood Planning Assembly

Neighborhood Planning Assemblies (NPAs) are grassroots, neighborhood organizations in each of the eight Wards of Burlington, Vermont to encourage resident participation in City government.
Ward 5 includes residents in the Western/Lake Champlain side of the South End — South of King Street, West of Saint Paul Street and Shelburne Road.
Working as neighbor advocacy groups, Neighborhood Planning Assemblies help improve communication between the residents of Burlington and City government through regular meetings scheduled in each Ward.
